Every conversion costs exactly 1 credit, regardless of file size or format. Free accounts get 20 credits on sign-up and can top up with credit packs that never expire. Pro ($6.99/mo) includes 600 credits per month; Business ($19.99/mo) gives unlimited conversions.

No artificial size cap — all plans support unlimited file sizes. PDF → CSV handles documents up to 2,000 pages. Video and audio files work best under 500 MB for reasonable in-browser performance.

We store only your email address, credit balance, and anonymous conversion counts for billing purposes. We never see, store, or transmit your files — conversion is entirely local. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties.

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your account settings. Credit packs purchased separately never expire and remain in your account regardless of plan changes.
